Pinwheel lists a 30-day money-back guarantee on the watch and says a subscription can't be refunded once it's billed, except that an annual plan can be refunded within 30 days of purchase once the watch is returned. Setup guide
Per Pinwheel, you add contacts to a Safelist in the Caregiver Portal, and those are the only numbers the watch can call or text; add 911 there if you want the watch to dial it. Pinwheel's pages differ on whether its AI chat app, PinwheelGPT, comes installed. Pinwheel says parents can read the chats and can disable it, so check it during setup.
